  Depends on where you are living but I know in Christchurch there are places like the Make Company where you can do a morning workshop with children to make for example bracelets, Christmas crafts, cupcake decorating etc. Prices depend on what the craft is but seem to be $10-$15. • How much sleep do you get a night?

  I used to work as a fitness instructor/personal trainer so have some knowledge in this area. Firstly it is advisable to ask your doctor how much exercise you should start out doing and if there are any types of exercise they would advise against specific to your health, obviously you don't want to exhaust yourself . Exercise is very important for COPD patients as can help your body utilise oxygen more efficiently and improve your overall quality of life.
  I would suggest trying firstly to increase the amount of walking you are doing, this may be just 5 minutes of a gentle stroll daily until you get used to it then increasing slightly. Another suggestion would be aqua/water aerobics, in this type of class you can work at your own pace and not fall behind as you may a regular aerobics class.

  I think in general less is best, but it is also up to the person applying it and the colours they use. You can have someone wearing very little, but if the colour is wrong it can look terrible. Read more about Make-up, Is less best?
