  Cooked. Seriously! I've ordered Japanese meals a couple of times only to have an uncooked egg cracked over the top of my finished meal. I know the egg is sort of supposed to cook via the heat of the meal but never enough for me! I adore Japanese food though now always ask for no egg to avoid this again :) Read more about how do you like your eggs

  If you're organised it shouldn't be a stressful time at all - more just a case of saying goodbye to holiday mode and slipping back into your old routine.
  I always use the second week of the holidays to do the following:
  get my daughter's haircut,
  check the insides of her uniform to make sure her name hasn't come off or faded (lost pieces of uniform during term time can become expensive!),
  get back on track with earlier bedtimes,
  and this ones a bit random but we have a cat so we all get wormed each school holiday! Read more about Win with Madpax
