  Well done - my son also began a pictorial journal and each month he would take a photo in the same place, using the same stance etc. He often did not think he had achieved great progress,but when he looks back over the year - he can celebrate the progress on his journey back to best health ... He has lost a lot of weight and hos body has really changed as has his self esteem and self belief....
