  I think people forget to breathe during the busy Christmas period.It is a stressful time for people because the media and advertisement industry has portrayed Christmas as purely materialistic and focused more on presents rather than the true meaning of Christmas.Parents feel pressured to buy more and more each year to compete with what they think they need for their children to feel loved.I think it is important for us to recognise the true meaning of Christmas, being together, giving, love and being grateful for what we have. • BB Cream - explain?!

  I have used BB cream before and it is very light and offers sun protection. I found the BB cream good in the way that it didn't look too heavy, although it did leave my skin oily and because I'm prone to acne my skin broke out. I thought the BB cream was more a tinted moisturiser than a foundation, it didn't give you full coverage. Although I think it would be good for people that don't wear a lot of makeup and weren't prone to break outs. Read more about BB Cream - explain?!

  I agree that being famous can't be easy if you dont like all the attention,photographs and invasion of your privacy, but unfortunately thats what comes with the package.I think that if you are an actress/actor and used to cameras it would still bother you if the paparatzi where taking endless photos of your children and private life then publishing it on the next womens weekly!! All thsi stress leads them into rebellion where they turn to drugs and alcohol all sorts of addictions to turn their attention to something else rather than harrasment and everybody in the world knowing their name. • Running or swimming?

  I think swimming is a much more gentler exercise on the body. Running can out a lot of strain on your ankles. Swimming is still a cardio workout and your using just about every muscle in your body. It will not jar or put pressure on your joints and especially for people that are overweight it is much more comfortable. Read more about Running or swimming?

• Christmas Tree....

  I always believed as a child growing up that the Christmas tree should go up on them1st of December. But now I'm not so sure. Mum has always been stubborn and put it up only a couple of weeks before Christmas. The thing is that stores and buisnesses prepare for Christmas way earlier. I think that you should have your tree up early enough to enjoy it so maybe the second week of December :-) Read more about Christmas Tree....
