  I have discovered a great tip. Because nails are designed to protect the ends of your fingers, you can make them grow faster and stronger by tapping the end of your fingers. I use the nails of my opposite hand. You can also flick your nails and finger tips, or simply move your nails of one hand over the other in a strumming type motion ( like Dolly Parton does with her falsies).   I toss and turn a lot, so I find I have to have pjs with tee shirt style top. Nighties just twist around and strangle me, and anything with buttons gets pulled apart and buttons eventually rip off. Read more about And so to bed: Dressing for sleep!

  Recently I have bought myself a mini skirt much shorter than I would ever have worn before. I have lost 22kg, and I am just enjoying myself, I might become more sensible eventually. • Hair washing

  Baking soda is great for cleaning (and deodorising) anything, including hair. I used to use just baking soda for some time for both hair and teeth. I stopped because I thought you had to use dry baking soda which you activate by dampening it just before use, which was awkward. But i have since heard that you can premix it, so I might get back to it. My teeth were a lot whiter when I used baking soda. Read more about Hair washing

  Have you tried kelp? I don't know if it will help in extreme cases but it helps the thyroid to grow. It has helped me heaps and I have now lost 22kg and am at my goal weight, but I don't have polycystic ovaries. I hope this helps you.
