I once had the opportunity at a conference to ask Sir Bob Geldof a question.

[26/365] -- Day Dream

I asked ‘What is your vision for the world 10 years from now’.

Now this is paraphrasing but he said:

I don’t have a vision for the world in 10 years, you need to stop dreaming, you need to wake up, you need to do it now.

He went on to explain its easy to get lost dreaming about what you would like the world to be rather than simply going out there and getting it done.

Whilst I truly believe in having a vision and seeking to fulfill that and I’m sure Sir Bob does as well he is right, often we get lost in the big picture and forget all the steps it takes to get there.  It’s too easy.

I just thought I’d share that with you, stop dreaming and start doing.

I'm with Bob and Ben. Now is what counts - but it’s good to know where you’re heading.

I can't stand the hoping and then not winning. I was terrible in Vegas too. I'd rather just hang on to the $10 or whatever. I do one of those scratchies about once every year or two, but of course have never won more than about $5.

That's not me. I’ve had my share of disappointments like everyone, but doesn’t that makes the successes all the sweeter – especially if you have worked for them. I always think that unless I can tip the odds in real terms, better to live each day as my last, enjoying what I’ve got and then anything that falls my way from heaven, is a fantastic surprise.

Have to say, I certainly get excited when Hubbie has the odd small lotto win – he buys them every week too!

.... maybe I do dream just a wee bit ;D!

I dream of having: A gorgeous house with a pool, a happy fullfilling marriage (in just less than ten years) and a lovely part time job.

I reckon! Dreams (the nightttime kind) are truly weird for me usually, on the other hand.

This business plan is not that great and I think that it's all because of https://typemyessays.com/ that we are not even talking about it. It needs more time for me and I think that we will get the time we need.
