What's the number one beauty product you cannot live without?

I CANNOT live with Olay Regenerist Moisturiser, it nourishes my skin and is a perfect base for make-up. P&G the company behind Olay and some of my everyday favourite brands like Pantene, Olay and Venus is celebrating 175 years of making innovative products like this which make life easier for busy mums like me saving us precious time every day!

What would we find in your handbag?

OK Handbag Lip Gloss, Sunglasses, iphone, Dental Floss, Credit Cards, Tissues, Nail Polish, Panadol, Coco Mademoiselle Parfum,

What's your most valuable beauty/health secret or tip?

An Aloe Vera Spray Mist before applying my Regenerist Moisturiser

Did being a public figure and being in the public eye influence how you wanted to portray yourself at all?

Yes it did, I always made sure my appearance was neat and tidy and would always respond to people even if I didn’t personally know them, it is not a hard to smile and say hello

You've accomplished so many things - what's your greatest achievement?

Producing my two polite and respectful sons – and representing NZ at the World Champs and Commonwealth Games in Track and Field

What motivates or inspires you?

I like to make a different in any way in helping people/children to get the most out of life, I work with Variety the Children's Charity and Sweet Louise two very worthwhile charities.  I also coach High School Track and Field and love it when I see the boys perform beyond their expectations.

What's your number one way to relax?

I love to travel and to sample new cultures, food, etc, Having a trip to look forward to keeps me motivated.

What is your main goal or objective at this stage of your life or in the forseeable future?

To keep being a good role model for my boys and send them off in the world with 5 different meals options they can cook well ! Enjoy the warmth and laughter of my friends and appreciate that everybody is unique, and take care of myself physically and holistically.

    But rather:
