I quit Facebook because I wanted to live deliberately. Seventeen months ago, I deleted my Facebook account — not just deactivated it, but fully deleted it — and the relief was tremendous. Be depleted altogether more since I'm stuck at home usually. Would have nothing to really do. Facebook has a great time redirections to play. business explainer recordings. So I'm on facebook the most when I'm on the PC. Without Facebook my PC twists up observably used less. www.ditrc.com
