I'm pretty good on all of those points except one.


I am pretty sweet with all except one also, but started on that one 2 months ago so hopefully that will go great...but I'd have to agree with Wice I thought that sleep would be in there somewhere too and that is one thing I lack is continuous good sleep.....


Stress is killing us. We need to relax more at home & at work. Exercise is one way, laughing is another. A beautiful, funny, and delicious moment each day keeps the stress away

...totally agree laughter is music to the soul after all and it always makes me feel better and relaxes me more....

Yeah. I think I'm working on that one. I have a LONG way to go.

I reckon just find what makes you laugh and run with that....I have a tendency to laugh at just about anything.....lol...see!


Yep I'm with you mate on all those points you made except for the meat thing....I try and have a meatless night at least once a week (that's gotta be good for something) but nah I love my juicy steaks too much to give them up but I'm working on everything else :)


nah, I think that red meat has way too many nutrients to skip over. Sleep as well.


Red eyes, red wine, red meat,...... leaves,... sex. Therefore there is a calling, a need for 'sexercise' to cure stress, fitness, weight, etc, etc.. Try, try & try again........ great for your partner's health too.


After reading the article on the proven benefits of hugs for heart health http://www.smart-heart-living.com/hugs-and-heart.html I'd say that daily hugs should be included in the list too.
