I love nuts. I try to buy them regularly especially for my daughter who doesn't eat a lot of protein in her diet. If I buy walnuts for baking they are lucky to make it into the baking.

I'm a nut case, love Cashews and Almonds. Whenever l get the munchies after dinner out they come, National Nut Day or not.

I love nuts so much I keep some in my bag to stop me buying rubbish snacks.Most of my family are nuts who love nuts too:)
