Lucy Stuart is co-owner and Pastry Chef of Whoopie – a Kiwi company that creates delicious hand-held sweet treats using natural, fresh ingredients and free-range eggs. Lucy used to be a Wiggles dancer, and is now creating happiness in kids and adults alike as a Pastry Chef. She was inspired to create a natural New Zealand range of the popular American treat – Whoopie Pies.
