Carrots & celery with dip


We have decided to stop eating so many bikkies and chips and have stocked up on nuts, dried fruit and rice crackers. I buy dark chocolate rather than milk chocolate as its quite rich and so you don't eat as much. Fresh fruit & veges are the best for snacking though.


I made my own preserved fruit and juice. They are just nice.


I'm just nutty about nuts: walnuts for omega 3, almonds for vitamin E, brazil nuts for selenium.

Tamari roasted almonds and carrot sticks


Nuts are always good. Vogels toast with peanut butter is also good and very filling.


Sunflower seeds are very good for snacks


I make me n my kids little bite size vege pies with a whole meal base .


love bananas, apples, and nuts are a good filler. Porridge works wonders when I'm starving.
