I have seen Chia Seeds mentioned alot in the last few weeks..has anyone tried them? If so, how do you use them? They seem to have alot of benefits and I'd like to find a way to introduce these into my family's diet. Would be interesting to hear what others think. Thank you.

I put them in my smoothies as I've heard they are a great way of getting nutrients

I also put them in my smoothie every morning for a nutrient boost. Keep meaning to try one of the Chia 'pudding' recipes as a dessert alternative!

Definitely awesome with muesli, yoghurt and fruit, yummo. :-)

Love to put Chia Seeds in a salad, pasta dishes and in smoothies! So versatile.

i use chia seeds in place of oats to make a porridge like breakfast. Tastes delish.
