I have been enjoying salad lately & it has helped me to lose weight.

Home made pizza or wedges - by making them at home you can opt for healthier options (i.e. edam cheese, lots of vege's, chicken bacon, light sour cream) but still get all the delicious flavour you're craving. Also can't go past a classic lamb roast, medium rare steak or mandarins!

Chocolate mud cake is todays favourite. Made one with orange juice instead of the usual whisky so the kids could eat it. Yum!


Smoothies are my favourite, there is so much you can do with them!


it would have to be green thai curry prawns its the easiest thing to make all you need is a can of coconut cream and thai green curry paste and prawns.

back in my didn't care what I ate phase I loved Cinnabon yum!, filet mignon with mushroom gravy, ravioli and most thai curries......now I try to eat healthier options but oh so miss them so much lol....i do treat myself every now and then just not to the portion sizes I use to have.....


There are times when we all find ourselves eating and enjoying high fat and sugar foods, the key is to return to healthy eating at the next meal and not let these occasions become too frequent.
