That's a good way to do it! Watch TV and exercycle. Must look in to it! Would be so good to exercise while watching a decent TV show. Clever

exercising while watching tv is great!! haha lucky at my gym they have personal tvs on all the cardio machines and you just plug your headphones in and can watch anything you like =) makes exercise so much fun... and time goes by so much quicker!

Totally agree. When I'm rich I'm going to build one of those endless pools where you swim and stay in the same place, and it will have a glass bottom with a TV under it, and with waterproof earphones I'll be SET! I probably won't be watching Dancing on Ice though... I'm thinking movies, although TV would be good as swimming for the 90+ mins of a feature length movie is a bit much...
