Discussing :: SPF everyday?

SPF everyday?

Just wondering if it's common for people to wear moisturiser with SPF in it everyday? I'm converted - my day cream always has SPF but I wonder if a lot of people still go without?

Sterling silver gets its name from European silver coins and the UKcurrency, pounds sterling is named after a weight of sterling silver. Silver has been used by ancient civilizations such as the ancient Anatolian people of Asia Minor, who mined silver from what is now known as Turkey. Silver was also used by the ancient Sumerians of Mesopotamia; now Southern Iraq, where a silver lyre was discovered in the Royal Cemetery at Ur. stenographer court

Everyday. I use one called Swisspers now, which I think smells like bananas (I seem to be the only one who thinks this), but used to use Olay which I really liked (but more chemicals). I can't imagine not using sunscreen daily now.

I only wear a day cream with SPF as without it my freckles seem to take over!!!

On the off chance that you set out to make me think today; mission fulfilled! I truly like you're composing style and how you express your thoughts. Much obliged to you. http://www.projectwedding.com/blog_entries/965298

I gpo without during winter, but during spring/summer/autumn i put it on, just doesn't take long to start burning in the NZ sun

Everday that I'm going to be outdoors for even if it is only a couple minutes

I always use products with SPF30+ when going outdoors. I am getting older so have to try to stop my skin aging! :-(

Every day, sun or shine, i wear a tinted moisturiser with SPF15 built in. After seeing a friend find a melanoma on her face i would not be without it, even in the middle of winter.

I think SPF in makeup should be as routine as applying a deodorant each morning. Prevention is far better than cure and, sadly, cure is not always to be had. Unfortunately for many of us this education is possibly too late, but we must care for our children and grandchildren and instill the habit into their lives.

yes I think SPF should be in all beauty products, as our sun is so harsh and I always wear spf 50+ in summer

A lot of people are vitamin D deficient because they don't get enough direct sunlight on their skin without protection. 5 - 10 minutes (depending on skin type) direct exposure a day won't hurt and can help with vitamin D deficiency.
