Miracle body transformation in just five hours

I saw this and thought it was something worth sharing not just on Chelsey, but I might pop it on GetFrank as well. So often we are deceived by what we see and this guy has taken upon himself to show just what can be done with very little effort in a few short hours! Enjoy and remember not to get sucked in by advertising - what you see is not always what it seems!

Wow thats crazy!!


That is so cool!! Just cut out the fizzy & chips for 5 hours before I go out and stand up straight and I'd look like I've got abs of steel too.


My boyfriend showed me this the other day! - its so true though. Fizzy drink and chips just bloat you out! It does it to me...I went a week without fizzy drink/energy drinks (all sugary drinks including juice), chocolate, lollies and packets of chips! and I felt amazing!!!! and I woke up with a flat stomach and not bloated. Its amazing what that kind of stuff does to you. So hard to cut out of diet though, I just try not to eat as much of that sorta stuff.... ;)


this is a miracle, not a work-out!


There's some serious hours spent in the gym to look like that though!


Worth giving it a go but wont hold my breath


I gave up on miracles, real transformations take time, effort and determination. It just seems I am laking in all 3 :)


I'm worried that if I hold my breath I'll explode
