Have you ever spoken to a hairdresser about this? It could be worth the money to get a pro to look at it for you and give you some options. Theres lots of volume / strengthening products out there now but it's so hard to choose things with the price of some and the disappointment when one doesn't work eh. I've been using Argania Oil for a while and it's made such a difference for my hair, it's thicker and stronger, probably mostly because of less breakage but even so it may be a great place to start, it's NZ made and about $36, a bottle will last you a year if you use as directed so it's really affordable. I hope you find a resolution you're happy with, best of luck.

I think getting a hair cut that creates a fuller look is the best way to go. I have yet to find any products that works although I'm sure there are some out there.

Keeping it in a short full cut will help, also regular washing will stop it going "limp" and using a volumising shampoo :)

GREAT ADVICE FOR THINNING HAIR. IF ONE IS REALLY IN NEED ONE HAS TO TRY EVERYTHING!! FROM VITAMINS TO PROFESSIONAL. AGEING IS A B***CH! AND WE REALLY LOVE TO KEEP OUR HAIR LOOKING GOOD. IF MY FACE WAS THINNER (MUCH thinner) I'D EVEN CONSIDER CUTTING HAIR TO 2 INCHES LONG ALL OVER AND START AGAIN!! J:)

Don't wash your hair in too hot water rinse with cool water go easy on the hairdryer and brushes. Lightly use your hands with your head tipped forward and massage the scalp try argan oil and regular cuts.

See your doctor as it could be a medical condition and or hereditry. Don't overwash your hair and just condition the ends, with quality products. Use a wide tooth comb, to comb through when wet.

I have this problem, thinning hair, it started when I was very sick and my hair never grew back as good as it was. medications can be a cause, but I hope for a miracle and now rely on products to "FLUFF" up my hair and make it look thicker, it does work until rain or wind cause an upset to get caught up in
