2/3 Shot of bourbon

¼ shot of fresh lemon juice

¼ shot of grenadine

Hot water to fill

Orange wheel for garnish

Pour the bourbon, lemon juice and grenadine into an Irish coffee glass before filling with hot water and garnish with Orange wheel.

I love hot drinks with a bit of something extra, I was made an Irish coffee once with a dash of Tullamore Dew and ever since I'v loved them. This recipe sounds really yum, maybe a good cold killer in the winter too! :-) Sounds really yum, thankyou :-)

Great recipe for winter - and those cooler spring nights. Never have any grenadine but have lots of cocktail recipes that need it so might invest in some for summer - great for kids drinks too!
