Desperately need an apron as my love of cooking means that I throw myself into the task at hand no matter whether I am still in my best work clothes, my fav paarty dress or pjs! I've never bothered with an apron and I've suffered many a time from my slackness with comments from friends about strange splashes on my clothest whiich I have failed to notice. This apron looks so pretty I couldn't resist puting it on!

As for favourite dish to make, I will cook anything and everything. Tonight it's going to be a Korean beef stir-fry - succulent and tender with a flabour base of ginger, garlic and light soy. I've never cooked it before but it just sounds so yummy. To be honest, there is nothing I don't enjoy cooking - the trickier and more challenging, the greater the pleasure to create a masterpiece of colour, texture and flavour. I can spend hour and hours n the kitchena nd never tire of it. Cooking is an everyday chance to be creative. It brings people together in a shared experience and if I can delight them with my food, what could be better!
