Lamb Chops Cutlet

If you want to serve an impressive lunchtime dish that any guests will adore, try this recipe for Lamb Chops Cutlet. You’ll be able to wow everybody that tastes it, and you’ll want to make it again and again!


8 lamb chops

2 tbs olive oil

1 tbs herbes de Provence (or mix of thyme, rosemary, sage, and other dried herbs)

1 small head of garlic, peeled

2 tbs butter

Salt and pepper

- Season the lamb chops with the olive oil, the dried herb mix, salt and pepper.

- Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium high heat.

- Add the lamb chops and garlic cloves; cook until the chops are golden on each side.

- Serve immediately
