Salads are always a great food to eat if you’re feeling the need to eat more healthily, and this gorgeous Sunny Summer Salad is the perfect recipe! It’s so full of flavour that you won’t feel like you’re sacrificing anything.
2 kiwi fruits
1 cup banana
juice of 4 oranges with pulp
2 tablespoons of honey

- Wash and peel the fruit. Cut into fairly small pieces.
- Place in a large salad bowl. Mix orange juice and honey and pour over the fruit.
- Toss and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
