240g tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 Boston lettuce, or curly leaf
1/2 cucumbers, medium size, sliced
1 green onions/scallions, sliced
1/4 cup Vinaigrette
salt to taste
ground pepper to taste

- Cut the tomatoes into segments and place them in a salad bowl.
- Add the curly leaves.
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and green onions, then add them to the bowl.
- Pour in the Classic Vinaigrette. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss and serve immediately.
