Salad is a great way to make sure that you’re eating healthily, but it’s often tricky to figure out what to put with it, and how to make it new and exciting. This Easy Shrimp Salad is a great way of adding variety to your mealtimes, while still making sure that you’re eating healthy food.
1-2 cups cooked small shrimp, shelled and deveined, chilled
1/2 large head lettuce, chopped
2 vine ripened tomatoes, cubed
green onion, chopped (optional)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper, to taste

- Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl
- Serve with Saltine crackers.
