Mixing the best in cocktails with a healthy and delicious soup, we’re sure you won’t have come across anything quite as special as our Bloody Mary Soup! Warming, delicious and slightly alcoholic, it’s ideal for those cold winter nights when you want a healthy meal with a difference!
1 medium onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, diced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon sugar
5 cups tomato juice
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup vodka
chopped fresh chives

- In a large pot, sauté onions ad celery in butter until light brown.
- Add tomato paste and sugar.
- Sauté 1 minute.
- Add tomato juice and let simmer 10 minutes.
- Add other ingredients except vodka and chives.
- Strain, then add vodka
- Serve either hot or chilled.
