Honey Glazed Baby Back Ribs

If you want to treat somebody to something special, these Honey Glazed Baby Back Ribs are just the ticket. They’re sticky, sweet and delicious, and what’s even better they can easily be cooked in a Crock Pot!


1 kilo baby back spare ribs

1 can condensed beef broth

1/2 cup water

Tablespoons maple syrup

3 Tablespoons honey

2 Tablespoons soy sauce

2 Tablespoons barbecue sauce

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

- Bake ribs at 350°F for 1 hour (1/2 hour per side) or grill for 15 to 20 minutes to remove fat.

- Cut into single servings.

- Combine all other ingredients in crock pot, stir until sauce is smooth. Add ribs.

- Cover and cook overnight or on low for 8 hours.

    i'll just eat this is a restaurant. I know there is pleasure in preparing your own food but if it will take ages for me to do so then i'll just have to be practical. high electric bill equates high blood so i'll just choose the later hahahah...
