Look KH apparently we can make cake in a crock pot!!

Might give this to hubbie to try as it's the only appliance in the kitchen he is allowed to use (has a bad habit of breaking things so we have a pact about tools and kitchen things).

...Or maybe not. I don't really trust this recipe as once again, unless the pudding is sitting on an absolutely gigantic, humungous plate, the picture doesn't match the recipe which says to cook the whole pudding in the crockpot. If the picture is wrong, how do I know the recipe is right?

lol try it and find out!!!

I have a microwave recipe I use which makes something which sounds very similar. It only takes about 6 minutes to cook.

I never think there is quite enough sauce though so I always serve it with runny cream and vanilla icecream. The cake absorbs the cream instantly so it is always moist and decadent. I do this recipe in little ramkins that I can turn out if I choose and these look very simiplar to the dessert in the photo. Mmmm - that sauce doesn't look quite right either!
