Full of fibre oats

There’s nothing healthier than oats for breakfast, and with this delicious mix you make sure that you’re getting all the fibre that you need to start the morning. With such a variety of flavours you’re sure to love this breakfast any time that you have it. 

 

Ingredients

300g jumbo oats

100g Allbran

25g wheatgerm

100g dark raisins

140g ready-to-eat apricots, cut into chunks

50g golden linseeds

Procedure 

- Mix all the ingredients

- Pour chilled mix over and leave to soak for ten minutes

- Serve with apple or muscovado sugar to sweeten
