Egg and Tomato Muffins

Ingredients

2 eggs

A few sundried tomatoes

Fresh basil, torn

English muffins

Procedure 

- Scramble eggs without butter or cream

- Stir in chopped sundried tomato and torn fresh basil

- Pile on toasted English muffin halves
