Banana smoothie

There are some mornings when the only thing that will hit the spot is a filling, nutritious smoothie, and this Banana Smoothie is one of the most delicious recipes around!

 

Ingredients

1 banana

140g blackberries, blueberries or strawberries

Apple juice or mineral water

Honey

Procedure 

- Slice the banana into your blender and add the berries

- Whizz until smooth

- Pour in juice or water to make the required consistency

- Drizzle with honey and serve
