Dove Treatment Therapy Masks

According to a recent study* of New Zealand women, over 80% acknowledge they have damaged hair.

Of these women, 95% admitted to using styling tools known to cause hair damage, including brushing, blow drying, curling and straightening. The results of this study went on to conclude that although many women know their daily hair styling routines are damaging their hair health, they are simply not willing to sacrifice the style they love- sounds just like us!

Dove has recently launched a new DOVE Damage Therapy Treatment Mask range which features three rinse out masks - Intensive Repair, Colour Care and Heat Defence – all formulated to help repair dry or damaged hair caused by heat, chemical and styling treatments.  The purpose of the masks is to ensure that we can do whatever we like to our hair, knowing DOVE will help take care of the damage.  We spoke to Certified Trichologist, David Salinger from Adelaide, he says: “It’s no secret that most things women do to their hair can cause damage, weakening the hair fibres and eventually leading to breakage. That’s why conditioning treatments, like DOVE Damage Therapy Treatment Masks, should be incorporated into every woman’s haircare routine to help compensate for this damage and provide protection against future damage, so women can enjoy healthy hair.”

It's so good to be able to take care of my hair from home and not have to go to a hairdresser to have treatments because I'v been mistreating my hair! Dove is such a great brand and so well known for it's moisturising benefits, so wonderful that they are bringing out great hair treatments too. Cant wait to try it for myself. :-)

  • I love that Dove has extended their hair products! I have only used the intensive hair repair conditioning treatment and its great. If you've got dry hair, affected by the sun, wind, colour etc this is the product for you. Ive found alot of leave in conditioning treatments leave hair feeling and looking a bit greasy but Dove makes your hair smell and look great. I'd love to try these new masks

I got a free sample of this. It is truly amazing and I would recommend to everyone! It makes your hair feel so beautiful and silky smooth for quite a bit actually. I havn't had a hair cut in a LONG TIME (hairdressers scare me!!) so this probably did a lot of good to my hair. I also daily straighten my hair and it can get very dry and damaged. Use this! Its great :)
