I have no trouble getting my three serves of whole grain a day but struggle with dairy - an over abundance of it! I love cheese. LOVE. And subsequently eat way too much of it. Any ideas on how to cut down my excessive dairy consumption and cut out cheese cravings?

This article was quite interesting. I'd never really thought about the different types of bread and what they were made of. I've always preferred white bread until recently, when it's started to disagree with me. So I've become a bit more curious at to the other options. I quite like the ones that have small seeds scattered throughout the bread and are part way between white and brown bread. I think it's multi-grain that I'm thinking of.
