At some point or another, you will need to increase your workout intensity. Increasing intensity whether it be through the amount of time or effort will promote change and results. Three Tips To Increase Workout Intensity 1. Add 10 minutes on to Weight Lifting Sessions. This tip applies if you are training for 25-30 minutes and typically preforming 1-2 sets per major muscle group. Complete your current routine as usual and then go back and aim for an extra set per muscle group.
