THE ORIGINAL DAIQUIRI - Classic Cocktail Drink Recipe Perfectly engineered in 1898 RECIPE: 2 parts: Bacardi Superior Rum 1 part: freshly squeezed limejuice 2 heaped tsp: Fine white sugar (caster) GLASS: Coupette or Cocktail glass GARNISH: None needed METHOD: Place all of the ingredients into a shaker, stir until the sugar has dissolved then fill with ½ cubed ice and ½ crushed ice. Shake vigorously until the shaker is almost frozen. Double strain into a chilled or frozen glass. A perfect example of balance, sweet, sour and Bacardi Superior Rum.
