I don’t usually read forwarded email, but I received one today that caught my attention. It was written by someone who works at Volvo in Sweden, and he mentions how any project in the company “takes 2 years to be finalized, even if the idea is simple and brilliant. It’s a rule.” Apparently the fast-paced global corporate world, focused on immediate results, “contrasts greatly with the slow movements of the Swedish. They, on the other hand, debate, debate, debate, hold x quantity of meetings and work with a slowdown scheme. Slow Down … to Enjoy Life

....I use to over work, study, party all at the same time I don't know how I did and still managed to pull it all off, luckily I have come to my senses and take way better care of myself these days......when I know I may be leaning towards those old ways again I step back take a look at the situation and find interesting ways to relax....I have come to realise that me time isn't such a bad thing...but a refreshing change....

One of my Uncle died after retirement. He loved his work so much later he did't know how to use his time and ended up haveing depression and died later on.
But lucky i know how take it easy. ;)
