What time of day a person exercises depends on a few factors; time, energy levels and motivation. Whether you decide to workout in the morning or evening is completely up to you but here are a few pros and cons to both: Morning Workouts Pros -You just get it done and don't have to worry about it later -You may be burning more fat because of less glucose in your system. -It's a good foot to start the day on Cons -If you haven't ate yet, you will have less energy. -Some people find working out in the morning tiring. -You may have to get up earlier than you are used to.
