Discussing :: Healthy Breakfast Foods

Healthy breakfast foods are very important to start your day off right. Yes, I know that the box of sugary cereal might look tempting in the mornings, but it is not worth it! It is great in winter! Don't think I'd feel like it on a summer morning though!

I don't like porridge, but my partner does. So in the mornings, he has blueberries yoghurt and porridge- and I have the same but with muesli.
In the winter when blueberries are out of season we use frozen, thawed in the microwave which means they are nice and warm, great for cold weather. And when they are in season, fresh and straight out of the fridge!

I am not a fan of porridge! - my boyfriend is though! I like to stick to a bowl of cornflakes or two pieces of toast with marmite/vegemite on it. Keeping it simple is the way ;). I understand the importance of breakfast and I try my BEST to eat at least something in the morning

There's two of us with porridge eating men then Bernadette! Just checking, I think porridge is the same as oatmeal - I think oatmeal is the american word? Does everyone else agree?
