Job satisfaction or high pay?

which is more important to u?

The obvious answer which every agrees to - is job satisfaction. But is it really true? I mean... we live in a world run by trade and commerce - and money has become the most important thing. Without it - u cannot have stability or peace. It's almost like a necessary evil.

I think that I would definalty want to do something that makes me happy. But how are you suppose to support your self or your family with no money. I think that you have to find a good balance between the two. if you have a job you enjoy but are always broke then u will be unhappy, making your fun job pointless .Find something that you can enjoy that makes enought money as well. I really want to become a doctor. i wanna help make a differcne in the live of little kids. and i will make enough money to someday support a family of my own

Job Satisfaction is my answer.
If you held a job for money only, I would suspect that you wouldn't be there for long before trying to find yet ANOTHER job that just paid well. Personally now I'm looking for a job in Auckland. I started to cooperate with http://potentia.co.nz/ recruiting company. Before I was working in Australia as Software Engineer for 3 years. Software testing is my passion.
