Couch to 5K

Morning ladies,

Just wondered if any of you have tried the Couch to 5K program? I did it with some success last year (I completed the Auckland Half Marathon, 3 5K races and a 10K) but have fallen off the fitness wagon again and need some motivation! Anybody out there keen to join me?

Yes - myself and a friend have a goal to start running this year. She's never run and I did run but have a long string of archilles problems which have led to stopping running. I now feel the urge to get back out there and have seen this program and want to start it as a short term goal is to run a 10k in June. Obviously you've had success with doing this program so 'Let nothing stop you' quote from Elevate+ which is a fitness group I attend. I'm going to start slow but I know that consistency is the key for me. I'm sitting on your shoulder encouraging you along. Go for gold. :)
