Mine would have to be Fat Freddys Drop. Have been a fan of music that originates from the capital...the seeds...the drop...shapeshifter, and I find myself listening alot of the three, but my fav would have to be the drop, such a wide genre of music, you just dont know what your going to get when you go to a freddy's gig, and they always deliver with awesome music.

Love all kinds of kiwi music. The Blues festival held recently in Rotorua was awesome....especially the concert with Kokomo and Brilleaux.

The Exponents are my definition of NZ music. Pure rock gods, they truly made NZ music such a wonderful thing.

You can't beat Blacklistt for a really powerful sound. I'm amazed they haven't found international fame and fortune yet.

There's heaps of great Kiwi music: Sammy J, Peter T, Deach, Spawnbreezie, Swiss, Common Kings, Aaradhna, Tiki Taane, Scribe, Nesian Mystik, Sons of Zion, Katchafire and of course Stan Walker (even though he won Aussie Idol he's a Kiwi through and through), gosh there's heaps of awesome artists I could keep going on and on ......
