Procedure

- To make hot chocolate, combine the water and semisweet chocolate in a medium-size saucepan.

- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted.

- Bring the mixture to a boil for 2 minutes, then reduce the heat to low.

- Stir in 3 cups of milk--whole milk tastes best but use low-fat milk if you prefer-- and a dash of salt.

- Warm the mixture for 5 to 7 minutes or until it is heated through.

- Add a dash of cinnamon to create Mexican hot chocolate or a smattering of chocolate chips for a double chocolate drink.

lol the picture does kind of... show them off!!... no the long debate ive had with my friend... is there a flavour difference between the pink and white??
      • Wice says
Think it depends on the brand whether or not they taste the same. When I make marshmallows, I add a couple of drops of raspberry essence to the pink ones and vanilla to the plain white ones.

Does anyone else put their hot chocolate with marshmallows in the microwave. You have to be really careful not to get carried away as they swell up and explode!
