Carrot Juice with Ginger and Lemon

If you want a drink that will detox, cleanse and help along your body, then you should give this Carrot Juice with Ginger and Lemon a try. It’s the epitome of health, and happily it’s really very tasty too.

Ingredients

4 large organic carrots

1 inch cube of ginger (2.5cm cube)

½ lemon

Procedure

- Prepare carrots as previous recipe.

- Peel the ginger, and slice to fit your juicer.

- Chop the skin off the lemon.

- Juice and enjoy.
