Nothing says style and elegance more than lobster, and you can’t get anything more elegant than this recipe for Grilled Lobster with Oregano. It’s bursting with flavour, the texture is incredible and it looks wonderful!
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oregano
Salt and white pepper to taste

- Cut lobster in half lengthwise and wash under water. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix butter with oregano.
- Place lobster fleshside down on the grill over medium heat. When the meat is almost grilled, turn the lobster over so the shell side is down, brush the lobster meat with butter and grill until butter penetrate the meat.
