300g jumbo oats
100g dark raisins
140g ready-to-eat apricots, cut into chunks
50g golden linseeds

- Mix all the ingredients
- Pour chilled mix over and leave to soak for ten minutes
- Serve with apple or muscovado sugar to sweeten
