Banana Yoghurt Pot

This gorgeous Banana Yoghurt Pot is a healthy, highly nutritious and delicious way to start any morning. It’s packed full of fibre, and will release energy all through the morning to make sure that you’re on top form right from the beginning. 

 

Ingredients

450g thick yoghurt

4 bananas, sliced

4 tbsp dark brown sugar

1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

Procedure 

- Put 1tbsp yoghurt into 4 different glasses

- Add a layer of banana, then more yoghurt

- Repeat until glass is full

- Drizzle over sugar and chocolate sprinkles, and place in the fridge for 20 minutes for the sugar to dissolve
